These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Noble House website and the purchase of our products. By placing an order or using our site, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.

1. About Noble House

Noble House specializes in custom, handmade clothing crafted to your measurements and specifications. Each garment is individually made by skilled artisans to deliver exceptional quality and fit.

2. Ordering Process

  • Orders may be placed online, by phone, or in person at one of our fitting locations.

  • For custom orders, we require detailed measurements, which may be taken by our team or submitted by you.

  • Once an order is confirmed, no design or fabric changes can be made.

3. Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are in U.S. Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated.

  • Payment is required in full at the time of order placement.

  • We accept Amex, Visa, and Mastercard

4. Production & Delivery Timelines

  • As all garments are handmade, production times vary depending on complexity and current workload. Estimated completion dates will be provided at order confirmation.

  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control.

5. Alterations Guarantee

We take pride in delivering a suit that meets your expectations. If your custom suit does not fit as expected, we will provide complimentary alterations to ensure it meets the agreed specifications.

Conditions:

  • Alterations must be requested within 4 weeks of delivery.

  • The garment must be returned in its original, unworn condition (except for fitting purposes).

  • Alterations are limited to adjustments that can be made without remaking the garment entirely.

Exclusions:

  • Changes in customer measurements after the order was placed.

  • Design modifications different from the confirmed order.

  • Damage caused by misuse, improper care, or third-party alterations.

Shipping for Alterations:

  • Customers are responsible for shipping the garment to Noble House for alterations.

  • Noble House will cover the return shipping cost after alterations are completed.

6. Refund & Return Policy

  • All custom-made and handmade garments are non-refundable.

  • Our alteration guarantee is our commitment to ensuring your garment fits as intended.

7. Care Instructions

To maintain the quality of your garment, please follow the care instructions provided with your order. Noble House is not responsible for damage caused by failure to follow care guidelines.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including designs, photographs, text, and logos, is the property of Noble House and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. Use without permission is prohibited.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Noble House shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed under the laws of Hong Kong, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Hong Kong.
